How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6023675 / WPW10661886 Screw

There was good help when I called the order in and the parts were on the doorstep in 3 days. was an easy installation. thanks a lot. 

After much research, and a great deal of help from one of your staff, I found all the parts I needed, at a much cheaper price than other sites! 

I screwed in the anchors, and asked my husband to affix the handles onto the anchors. 

Replaced collared screws that handles mount to. 

It has been loose and unable to tighten for several years. I ordered a new handle and the bolts for the freezer door. difficult to remove old set screws on handle. Came to find out that then design was faulty since new as with the new handle the set screws were larger and easier to tighten and hold secure. Happy for me with bad for Kitchenaid. 

Put the screw in the door and attached the handle. 

I decided 3 years was way too long, so I pushed the hubby into replacing the handle.
