How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6014409 / WP99002135 Dishrack Stop

Replaced all damaged parts. 

Was jst a matter of replacing some pieces on top washer rack 

I ordered the parts . They were delivered the very next day . I watched the video.installed the parts and life is good!!! 

The top rack of our dishwasher has two rubber stops on the backs of the arms. They fold and clip on to the arms. Over time, the clip let go, the stop falls off, and pulling the rack out causes the arm to fall free from its retaining wheels, sending dishes crashing if you don't catch it. We put them back time and time again, but eventually one broke in half. Given the brand and model of our dishwasher, I was able to locate the part on AppliancePartsPro.com quickly, and ordered it with regular shipping - and was pleasantly surprised to get it the next day! It's a simple fix, no tools necessary, just long arms. Thank you.

Looked at the schematic of the dishwasher that was on-line at appliancepartspro.com and identified the parts that I needed, ordered them, and repaired the dishwasher. Also, there were a couple of videos that were extremely helpful from appliancepartspro.com that showed exactly how to remove the old parts and replace with the new ones. The customer service person that I chatted with assisted me in the ordering of the parts and so the entire experience was great! 

I watched the video associated with the mounting strip and followed the instructions. It was really easy! 

I had to pry out end stop cap. Put in rack 

Replaced with new parts.
