How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6014409 / WP99002135 Dishrack Stop

Replace wheels and mounting. The online videos made the job a snap. 

I replaced one of the wheels and one of the end caps. Now it's perfect! 

I ordered a wheel mounting strip, 2 dish rack rollers, + 2 dish rack stops. Technically I did not need the dish rack stops or the additional two rollers but I bought them so that the wheel mounting strip would have new rollers and in case the dish rack stops broke during repair I would have them readily available. The video for the repair was wonderful, made it very easy for this Grandma in her late 60's! 

Purchased the part from AppliancePartsPros and followed the video on how to replace the part. Went perfect! The dishrack stop that I got wa sa different one and did not fit. 

Just ordered new parts and replaced them. 

Just like in the video the only thing that I changed was the wheels. I used needle-nosed pliers to compress the axle end to slide the wheel on. 

I went on the web came across appliance parts pros website saw the diagrams they had for the model I have got on the phone had some help from their sales associate and once I got the order it took me 3 mins to complete the fix!!!!! 

I watched your video on your web site for removing the dish rack, replacing the wheels, replacing the rack and new stops. It went very well and only took about 15 minutes. Your video was excellent. Placing the order went well, and delivery of the parts was extra fast, I will use you again and recommend you to others. Thank you. 

I bought 4 new parts from AppliancePartsPros and kludged the old part until the new ones arrived. Once they came in, I waited for the kludge to break (two weeks) and then replaced it with a new one. I now have three spares for when the other three break. I expect that in the next year or so. 

I found this site, watched the videos (to make sure I was ordering the correct part) and installed what I ordered. It literally took me about 2 minutes to replace the broken parts with the new ones and I didn't even need any tools.
