Replaced the back two drum support rollers on a Maytag Neptune front loading dryer. Remove the Top. Remove the digital control panel. Remove the from of dryer. Remove dryer vent panel on back of dryer. Unhook the dryer belt from the tension roller. Slide the drum forward and out. Loosen the heating assembly from back support wall. Remove the back drum support wall holding the rear drum support rollers. Use 17mm socket drive to remove the drum support rollers. Replace with new drum support rollers. Take time to clean out all lent from dryer parts. Check the dryer belt for wear. As long as you have the dryer disassembled, you might as well replace the belt. Reassemble the dryer.
Don't let it scare you, it only took about two hours and was and easy repair. Only required a phillips screw driver and a 17mm socket drive.
