Angie C Valdosta , GA November 02, 2015 Start dial broke on my washing machine I called and ordered my part. The customer service rep was very helpful. Got my parts in 2 days!! Fixed it myself the minute I got it. I was very pleased. I was skeptical trying to fix it myself. But it was easy. Granted, it was an easy repair. But, I'm so glad I used your company. I will definitely return. I love my old machine. It cleans so well compared to these "new" machines. And I never have to clean it. So, any repair I can do to keep it running is so worth it to me. I'm really glad you guys are here to help me do that! Thanks, Angie Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
