Removed old timer & installed new timer. 

The timer was a perfect match for my washer, easy replacement. The drum did not start turning on first try - had to cycle the timer a few times, and move the drum by hand a bit. 

Ordered new timer watched your video to see how to get it out. Literally took 10 minutes to complete. The video was a great help thanks!

I first watched the video on your website. Then I thought it was something I could fix. That webpage also indicated this was an 'easy' repair. I thought 'sure it is!'. It was!!! :) The model in the video had a different part but it was close enough to what I have. I followed the instructions demonstrated by the video, plugged it in, and ran an empty cycle. Worked like new! This is the second part I bought from your company. Both repairs have been as easy as what your videos demonstrate. Thank You!!!
