How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6006230 / WP22001659 Timer Knob

I just replaced the new knob with the new one. 

Simple....... old knob was off was turning it with pliers. Just put on the new knob and working perfectly. Hey, I’m a woman and it was so easy! 

Definitely would purchase from them again. Replaced timer and cover skirt. Extremely easy using their video. Took the old knob off, slipped the cover skirt on, clipped timer in place and added knob insert. Done. The only problem was with the delivery. One part (the items were sent by 2 different locations) sat at the post office for a week before delivery, but that was not the shippers fault, it was the post office. Have already referred friends to their site. 

I found all the parts here. It was super easy as a single mom to do it yourself. Yay 

I ordered both knob parts from Appliance parts pros.com they fit just like the factory parts. 

Ordered the Timer Skirt and the Timer Knob. Easy to replace and dryer works again!!

Ordered all 3 parts for thr timer and replaced originals. 

Simple for this mom! Didn't have to wait for a repairman or pay the service fee. Typed in model # from inside the dryer and found the right part through the short tutorial videos. Did exactly as the video instructed and it's fixed. Too easy really. The videos are genius- anyone can follow along.
