James L Kingston , TN April 25, 2022 A malfunctioning timer was making our Maytag dryer hard to start. I researched videos on the symptoms and the probable cause for our dryer problem. The timer was the likely culprit. I found the timer at AppliancePartsPros.com. There were two possible versions of the part, so I called to be sure I was ordering the correct timer. The very nice lady I spoke with answered my questions and helped me to determine which timer I needed. The timer arrived within 3 days and installation was a breeze. Read More... Steven B Sunset Beach , NC February 18, 2022 Dryer timer sometimes didn't turn off the dry cycle Ordered a new timer from Appliance Parts Pros after watching a video of the replacement process. Took all of 5 minutes to complete the repair. While the part is a fairly expensive one for the Maytag, it was nowhere near the cost of a new dryer! Works like a charm. Thanks. Read More... Tamara R Volcano , CA August 29, 2021 Dryer was getting difficult to turn on Our Maytag Atlantis dryer wasn’t starting all the time. I’d pull so hard on the knob I thought it was going to break off. It took a lot of wiggling of the knob to start. I started looking into it and discovered others had the same problem and it was the timer. So I purchased a timer after verifying it was the right one for our model and it arrived 3 days later. Installation was soooo simple. We watched the video which helped and it literally took like 3 minutes to change out. It’s like a brand new dryer now! Thank you AppliancePartsPros.com! Read More...
