How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6007578 / WP308180 Oven Bake Element

Watched your video. Took out two screws. Removed two spade connectors.Put in the new element. It was a " piece of cake". The best part was the fast service. Ordered part after 4pm and received it about 8am next day, without any special delivery. Thanks for the legendary service. 

Replace element 

Ordered a new one 

Removed the screws, pulled the element and two connectors out a little. Unattached the element and put a close pin on each connector so it didn’t slip inside. Plugged the new element in securely and the process was complete. Works perfect. 

Replace the heating element 

Took the old one out and then put the new one in 

I replaced the oven bake element. The screws securing the element were rusty, I had to use an impact driver to remove the screws. 

Removed 2 screws and unplugged 

Ordered a new element 

Replaced element with a new one
