Jonathan R Staasburg , NY January 11, 2020 Appliance: Model BOSCH SERIES 500 E 04 New pump Drained the water from washing machine by using a shop vac on the discharge hose Removed inspection cover and coin trap. Pump impeller had failed Hence no draining. Removed front cover door assembly etc. replaced pump. Operates like a new machine now. Took me about 40 mins to complete the pump change Ordered parts at 3 pm had them by Fedex 9 am the next morning Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
