Checked water lines and cleaned them out. Issue persisted. Researched options. Common response was to replace the water valve. Recommendation to replace gaskets, if needed. Replaced old water valve with new one (fairly easy process), and retested the machine. Worked fine, and has since. I kept the old unit, as the individual solenoids can be replaced should I need one in the future.
