Flexible gasket sealing washer door to drum, preventing leaks during cycles. Replace when torn, leaking, or showing mold buildup. Confirm fit.
Fixed by replacing the washer door seal "Bellows". Once again AppliancePartsPros comes through with the right part at a great price. It took quite some time to install because putting the inside spring back on the bellow was difficult so I needed to remove the top and front door of the washer to get better access. A set of 3 or 4 plumbing clamps are highly recommended to get that spring back on (I went to the store and bought some). If you search YouTube about replacing the bellows on your... Read more
Front-load washer door bellow forms watertight seal to prevent leaks. Replace if cracked, torn, or moldy. Confirm fit with your model number.
Removed old bellow following procedures found on relevant Youtube videos. Reinstalling however was more of a challenge. Getting the rear seal of the new bellow on the washer housing was not as easy as the videos indicated. The key to that process is being sure the seal is well lubricated which is not quite apparent from the videos but is essential success. Once the rear seal is installed, reapplying the rear spring was accomplished with the spring clamps as per the videos. Be sure to... Read more

I replaced the door boot with a new one from AppliancePartsPros.com. The most difficult part was starting at the back end of the new boot onto the stationary rim, just in front of the tub. And then anchoring it in place with the existing spring from the previous boot. To start the boot I had to hook the top edge of the boot, where the arrow tab is, onto the rectangular projection on the tub rim and then roll the rubber boot edge down around the tub rim and hope the rim was going into the... Water was accumulating in the drawer pedestal, it was leaking from the front of the washer so I thought it was the front door seal. I also noticed it would leak even when the washer was not being used so I doubted it was the door seal. I googled the leak problems and watched a few videos which gave me confidence on washer disassembly. With the top panel off I noticed the leak coming from the water inlet assembly. Appliance Parts Pro’s had the part and replacement video and I replaced the part... Read more

I tore into the washer until i found what i thought was the problem which was the upper outer tub splash cover gasket and when i couldnt find one in my town i ordered a new one from u folks and replaced it hoping for the best and was successful. This fix costed me $35 instead of the $400+ for a new washer glad i looked into it instead of discarding it and buying a new one as most may do thanks Read more
Seals the washer door to prevent water leaks during cycles. Replace if you notice leaking, visible cracks, or poor sealing. Confirm fit with your model.
The noise turned out to be the bottom bearing between the belt pulley and the transmission. Once apart an easy replacement. But you did need some tools to replace the bearing as in snap ring pliers and bearing puller. The water leak was the top rubber seal which is part of the seal kit. I had to make a puller out of some chain and a 2 jaw-bearing puller to the top of the transmission shaft to get the trunnion off but once it was off the rest was a snap. The video was a big help. Tested the... Read more
