Edward B Midland , TX January 15, 2019 Appliance: Model BOSCH NEXXT 300 SERIES WFMC2201UC/16 E 13 error code. Drain pump failed Bosch 300 series. Removed back of washer, removed clamp from hose that connect's basin to pump, removed electrical connector, pulled up and back on pump to unseat it from bottom of the washer. Removed pump from back of machine (slightly push drum to the side for a little bit more room). Un seated drain hose from the top. installed new pump in reverse order.
