I had to drain the old drain pump then I had to remove the old pump and install the new one, my Maytag Epic Z works great now, it was a very easy project to do, we're so happy that we found you guys!! We completed the repair ourselves without calling a professional. We will be buying whatever parts we need in the future from you. We will recommend the great folks at APP to everyone we know.
