Upon delivery, brand ne washer was dead. Swapping out machine would have taken 2 weeks. Samsung repair people said they were so busy they could not get to me for 10 days. They still have not called! I ordered the part, installed it and now have a working machine. The delivery of the part was on time and worked perfect.
