I researched the problem. Ordered the parts and took the agitator cap off used a socket wrench with extension and socket to take of one bolt to remove agitator took the agitator dogs out replaced them and replaced the agitator for precaution due to some of the teeth worn placed agitator back on tightened the bolt placed the cap back on and problem fixed in less than 20 minutes
