We ordered a replacement agitator from AppliancePartPros and it arrived in about two days. Then, using the video provided on the website we were able to repair the washer in about 20 minutes. It would have been faster if we didn't have to hunt around for a pair of pliers! Great company, great support. I'd certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks.
