Annetta H Crane , MO September 23, 2014 Broken fins on agitator This was a fairly easy fix. The only problem I had was that the cover over the retaining nut was difficult to pull off. I changed to a larger pair of pliers and put a little more muscle to it and it popped right out. There was a little corrosion on the shaft that needed to scraped off for the new agitator to slide on easily but after that was gone the new part slid on and with some downward pressure it seated in. One nut and it only took 5 minutes cause we cleaned under the agitator while it was off. So easy and who doesn't appreciate fast shipping! Christopher E Schenectady , NY April 15, 2016 Agitator just wore out two stage top stage would not rachet Orderd the parts through you guys ,by the way a lot cheaper than sears parts direct, I'm talking almost thirty dollars cheaper, and you guys have videos to go with. second time I have used you guys and I am just as happy as the first time. a drier timer that you guys sold me for 50.. yes 50 dollars less than the appliance repair store had right down the street from our house. parts came short time later, I think 2 days, same quality as the first order, awesome!!! switched out in 10 minutes, and back in business, quiet as a church mouse, working like a champ, thank you very much.... you are saved to favorites.........
