Whirlpool Washer Llr8233dz0: Agitator for older whirlpool washer had failed. How to replace Agitator (Complete).

After talking with Appliance Parts Pro we ordered the replacement agitator. The part arrived within a week. It was an inch taller than the previous agitator but the washer is more than 25 years old. The part fit and was installed in about an hour. My wife and I are pleased with the results.
