Beth K Ventura , CA September 26, 2014 Appliance: Model LBT6133AWO Fifteen year old whirlpool washing machine agitator was noisily malfunctioning I figured it had to do with the gear mechanism. Internet search with Whirlpool discovered the parts were not available. AppliancePartsPros had parts and the complete agitator. I watched the video (excellent instructor). With a screwdriver, socket wrench and a little grease, I accomplished the replacement in about 10 minutes. Washing machine works like new. Total cost about $80. Ordered Sunday, repaired on Tuesday. James B Phoenix , AZ January 31, 2016 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer LXR7244JQ1 Washing machine was really out of balance even after re balancing the loads I ordered a complete agitator assembly as 3 of the 4 paddles had broken off the bottom half and the top half would not engage no matter which direction I rotated it. It was free spinning and it used to engage in one direction and would turn the bottom half. It was clear internal parts needed to be replaced as well. Replacing the assembly was a breeze. one bolt holding it on and the instructions that came with the assembly were sufficient enough. But I did watch the repair video from appliancepartspros.com website as well to ensure I didn't miss anything. Ran a load after the repair and the issue was resolved. No more bouncing washing machine. Read More... 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Socket Set
Jon R Mount Vernon , WA March 28, 2020 Agitator dogs were worn and new replacement kit wouldn't fix the problem, no agitator meant soapy still dirty clothesl We ordered a new base for the agitator as the plastic was worn and wouldn't fit together. This was during the big COVID-19 outbreak and I work in the hospital. We desperately needed it fixed as we tried simple parts from other retailers which didn't work. We ordered the whole new base, agitator, agitator dog kit, and o-rings. There were all fit to our exact model number and sent overnight. It was working perfectly 15 mins after the next day delivery arrived at noon. Appliance Parts Pros was fast and provided a perfect fit and made our 4th attempt at the repair from other online retailers the final repair. THANK YOU. Read More...
