Charles H Ripley , WV June 27, 2014 Appliance: Model 110-16972500 Agitator upper portion was not turning Pulled the top of the agitator off and removed the dust shield beneath. Removed the bolt holding the agitator in place and pulled it up and out. The dogs that were supposed to turn the agitator were worn away. Ordered the Cam-Agit and installed it.
