Pulled the top of the agitator off and removed the dust shield beneath. Removed the bolt holding the agitator in place and pulled it up and out. The dogs that were supposed to turn the agitator were worn away.
Ordered the Cam-Agit and installed it. Everything works like it is supposed too. Easy fix.
