I took the agitator apart and it appeared like the "teeth" we're wore out and no longer catching to move the agitator. Went online and found the parts cost 2.95 and it was a very easy fix!!! Ordered the part which arrived in a timely manner. Had the washing machine up and running in about 7 minutes!! Would from this company again, when needed!! Very helpful!!
