1. First I got someone to check it out and they confirmed the Motor Ac/dc Fan was dead and they gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it and cost of parts.
2. I searched online and found the part on AppliancePartsPros.com and they provided a video tutorial on how to replace it.
3. I ordered the part which took about 2 days to arrive, I figured out where the fan was in my fridge and went to work. It was very easy to replace and now the fridge works better than it did when it was brand new. I also got the chance to clean all the crap that had built up over time from frosting etc.
Overall it was a great experience, very simple to replace.
