The site came up on a Google search suggesting a new air diffuser which was indeed the problem. I got a thermistor too just in case but probably want needed. Saved a fortune compared to a repair man and was able to cancel an order I had for a new unit saving over $1200+! Very happy with the whole process and videos on you tube etc. Great site! Thanks!
