Kenneth D Boca Raton , FL March 05, 2015 Appliance: KitchenAid Refrigerator KSRS25CNSS00 Air diffuser broke The site came up on a Google search suggesting a new air diffuser which was indeed the problem. I got a thermistor too just in case but probably want needed. Saved a fortune compared to a repair man and was able to cancel an order I had for a new unit saving over $1200+! Very happy with the whole process and videos on you tube etc. Great site! Thanks! Jennie W Nashville , TN December 10, 2015 Appliance: Kenmore Refrigerator 10644103300 Fridge was too cold My fridge was too cold - everything was freezing solid, even in the produce bins. The air from the diffuser vent was constantly running. After unplugging the fridge and plugging it back in, the diagnostic code on the control panel indicated that the air diffuser was not working. I purchased a new air diffuser, watched the very helpful video that showed how to install it, and replaced the part in about 10 minutes. The next day, I can tell that everything in my fridge has finally begun to thaw out. So happy! This part saved me from spending $1500 on a new fridge. Thank you, Appliance Parts Pros!
