James C Liverpool , NY December 23, 2016 Bad control board Called the help center. They diagnosed the problem. Ordered the board and watched the video. My dishwasher is a Kitchen-aid so it was a little different. Did not have the big black cover. There was an extra wire but the plug was there on the board. Whole repair took less than 15 minutes and everything is now working fine.
