After calling Whirlpool customer support learned that a replacement timer would be $136. The CSR gave me the part number needed. Online I found AppliacePartsPros. I called and got a very personable CSR who took my order. I was assured the part was a genuine, new--not rebuilt--timer. My order was placed in minutes. Although I ordered standard shipping and my part arrived in 2 days!! Unfortunately Whirlpool had given me the wrong part number so I contacted AppliancePartsPros and reordered a correct part and received a return authorization for the wrong part. This transaction was handled very professionally and quickly. Again, I requested the part be shipped by standard ground. It arrived THE NEXT DAY!! WOW!
