I looked on the existing timer and found out that there seemed to be a bind in turning the Timer. I ordered a new Timer from AppliancePartsPros and it was here in the short time that they said it would be. I carefully put on a piece of paper just where the various wires were. I removed the old Timer and installed the New Timer, keeping in mind that the wires had to be the same that I had written down. I put everthing back together. Then I inserted the power socket and everthing worked. I'm not an expert but I can usually fix things myself and sometimes I get how to fix things from the Enternet. That's a wonderful way.
