Got a new one from APP! I think the shipping was supposed to take 5-7 days, but it took about 1! Install was pretty easy- just removed two screws, pulled the old one out, and plugged in the new one. It works like a charm now! The screws on mine were annoying because they had just like a bolt head instead of a Philips or something that I could use a screwdriver. My socket wrench was too thick to fit in the space, so I resorted to large pliers.
