Found the replacement part on AppliantPartsPro; watched Matt's video; ordered the part and made the repair. The part arrived via overnight shipping, and the repair was made with one day to spare. Whew! The whole process could not have been simpler! The turkey baked just fine. On connecting the leads to the new element I noticed one was fairly loose. So I crimped it slightly with pliers for a snug fit. I didn't want it falling off back behind the oven wall. Other than that, no problems. The only reason I gave it a challenge score of 2 instead of 1 was that raising the metal plate to just the right height to align the two securing screw holes in the back of an oven where you can't see very well took a couple tries.
