I ordered the replacement element from appliance parts pros and it came within a day or two. I turned the power off to the oven and removed the screws holding the element in. I removed the unit pulling it away from the connectors attached to it. To connect the new element, I took the back cover off of the unit so I could make sure the connectors were securely connected to the new bake element(probably should have done this before removing the old element). I put it all back together and test the new element by bringing the oven to 250 degrees and let it cool. It took about a half-hour.
