We had a special challenge with this repair, since the range/oven is so old, the serial numbers weren't readable, having been obliterated by oven cleaners since the 1960s. AppliancePartsPros were great, and the customer service person was amazingly knowledgeable and patient as we tried to figure out exactly which part was the right one. As it turns out, it was perfect, and it took five minutes for someone to replace it (I didn't do the repair myself; I was only a spectator.) Thanks very much!
