Bought a new element from Appliance Pro. The new element had 2 different shaped screw-in- place-brackets with 3 pre-drilled holes. The holes did not align with holes on the back wall of the oven.
I had to drill new holes in the brackets and modify them into vertical slots to allow the element to adjust to fit the oven holes. Then I attached the wires and screwed the element to the back wall of the oven.
