I searched the web to diagnos why my Jenn Air bake element was not working. I found a video on your website that explained the causes. The video was very informative. I ordered a bake element and it arrived in two days as promised. I installed it but it didn't fix the problem. I should have tested the element as explained but thought that was it. The next most likely cause is the relay board. I ordered it and was amazed to get it the next day. I installed it in less than ten minutes and everything is working.
