I watched a YouTube video that showed how to remove oven door for easier access. To replace the element involved removing two 1/4 inch fasteners, pulling the wiring out of the oven a few inches to expose the spade connections, unplugging the wiring from the burned out element, plugging in the new element, pushing the element wiring back into the unit then refastening the two 1/4 inch screws. Breaker was off the whole time of course. Entire project was less than 30 minutes.
