Ordered the part by looking up the model # of the oven (with the help of an AppliancePartsPros.com's customer service lady who knew her stuff). Received it in two days. I was able to replace it with the help of a friend to steady the oven as we removed it from the cabinetry. We removed a few screws from the back panel to get to the wire leads of the bake element. Because the unit is older, one of the leads broke off requiring us to go to Home Depot, purchase some wire leads, and crimp them onto the the wires. We put a new one on the second wire even though it was not required. Now both leads are new. We removed two screws to release the element, slid the new one into place, slid the wires onto the element leads, replaced the panel, and voila! Done!
