I first watched your repair video to insure I fully understood the process. I proceeded to order the proper parts from your website. After receiving the parts, it took 5 minutes to disassemble, 20 minutes to replace parts and 5 minutes to reassemble. I ran a full load of towels and jeans to test with a worst case scenario and it worked flawless. Thanks Folks
