Cleaned off the oil or grease that somehow was all over the drive belt. Installed new drive belt. Installed 2 new left (blue) and 2 new right (red) rod and spring assembly. I proceeded to order the proper parts from your website. After receiving the parts, it took 5 minutes to disassemble, 20 minutes to replace parts and 5 minutes to reassemble. I ran a full load of towels and jeans to test with a worst case scenario and it worked flawless. When it went into spin cycle, the machine would bang and jump around the room like R2D2 having a seizure. After researching online, I came across this site which had a video and explanation of my problem. I ordered the suspension rods and they arrived in 3 days. I have never used this site but I'm very pleased with the experience and will definitely use it again. Walter S Page , AZ February 19, 2024 The washer was constantly unbalanced on spin cycle. I replaced all four upper ball joints and all four rod and spring assemblies. The washer loads now remain balanced during the spin cycle even with bulky items such as a kings sized blanket and a sheet and pillow set. I did the repair myself in less than 45 minutes total.
