Being a DIY family, my wife and I felt this "project" might be a bit of a stretch for us but. . . With the fantastic help from Matt's disassemble / reassemble in-depth video, my wife and I tackled this project of our Samsung Front Loading Washer over the weekend. While our washer model wasn't exactly the same as Matt's, it was close enough. Matt not only takes you through each step with great detail, he even tells you what size sockets he is using. Great help in keeping things moving along. The "back-up" Appliance Parts Pros has available is their "Talk to a Pro" option. This was a tremendous help with questions that arose during the investigation process. The entire "project" went well and after we had the washer machine was reassembled, with NO PARTS LEFT OVER, I might add! The balance problem was fixed and runs as if it was new again. Thank you APP.COM ! ! ! You guys save me a LOT of $$$.
