Turned off breaker for the oven, unscrewed element from back of stove using nut driver, pulled out element enough to disconnect. I had to use pliers to disconnect the terminal but did not need them to plug back in to new element. Slid new element back and screwed in. Turned breaker back on and oven works like a champ again. Project took less than 10 minutes.
