Google search informs me that it is likely bad switches on the door and a blown fuse. Got the parts from AppliancePartsPros.com for about $65 and it was an easy 20min fix!
The repair shop had quoted me $480 to come to my house just to diagnose the problem! I offered to take the unit to them and they reply they only do house calls.
