I did a google search for the element using the serial number of my Kenmore Oven and found the one on AppliancePartsPros.com. After reading the reviews and making sure the part matched my old one, I ordered it and it came in 2 days. FIRST make sure you turn off the Power Fuse to the oven!!!! I used a socket wrench to remove the bolts on each side. I then carefully pulled the old element out and disconnected the push-on wire connectors. Be sure to be careful and not let the wires slide back into the holes or you'll need to remove the oven to get the wires out. I put the NEW Bake element in and slid on the wire connectors. I had to tighten one with pliers to make sure it would not just slide off too easily. I did not want it to slide off behind the oven wall. Once I was sure they were secured, I slid everything back into the holes, Inserted the bolts and tightened and everything works.
