I did some research online and You Tube. Pretty easy to self diagnose the issue and locate the parts. The delivery was extremely fast. Even though I did not have any instructions I was again able to find some online help. I replaced the defrost heater and thermostat in under 20 minutes and everything is back to normal. My wife was disappointed because she was having fun shopping for a new one. Too bad.
