Charles M South Charleston , WV November 28, 2014 Appliance: Model 867OWS Bottom of oven was stained could not remove by normal means Purchased new oven bottom. Replacement was easy. Simply removed two screws at back of bottom oven, replaced what appears to be a heat plate and reinstalled.
