Ordered part and it was not delivered so I called to ask if there was anything that could be done. The lady that I talked to put me t hold and when she returned told me that they would re-ship part which arrived the following day. Replaced part with 30 minutes of receiving package. Easy repair it just snapped in. Very happy with how appliancepartspros.com handled my business would use them again. By the way the initial shipment arrived two weeks after my order.
