We watched the video and pulled apart the ice dispenser. Just as well since there was mold around parts of the dispenser. We found the broken bracket and replaced it when the order arrived as instructed by the great video. Quite simple. We soaked the plastic levers in peroxide in the sun to whiten them via a youtube video. Fridge looks and works great now. This is the second repair we have done on this fridge because earlier the baffle had to be replaced.
