My Maytag washer control knob broke during normal use. This wasn't any big surprise though because my washer is now 6 years old. After obtaining the model number of my washer I was able to research the knob online and found it quickly at AppliancePartsPros.com. The best part was it was nearly half the price others wanted. I ordered it and 3 days later it arrived and now my washer is like new again. One additional tip, because these knobs are "locked" in place I watched a YouTube video on how to remove the knob.
