After part of the door hinge of my front loader Kenmore washer broke, I didn't know what to do. I went to Sears hoping they could help me, but was extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service. All they did was tell me to go on their website and order a replacement part. After looking around online, I found one of your repair videos on You Tube and that gave me all of the information I needed. I was even able to order the part I needed from your website for a lower price than Sears. The part I ordered came very fast, and I was able to do the repair myself in 10 minutes thanks to the helpful video. I am a very happy customer!
