Ruby M Greenville , MS March 28, 2014 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer WFW9400SW04 The door hinge was broken on my Whirlpool front load washer. The washer door was completely detached from the washer. I immediately located the part from AppliancePartsPros.com. I also did price comparison with other online sites. The price may have been a few dollars cheaper but the freight time was longer, and I really needed this to be fixed. I ordered the hinge from AppliancePartsPros.com and received it on the third day as promised. This part looked exactly like the one that was broken, the same details. Took off the door and hinge. On Tuesday morning the part came in via FedEx. Within five minutes I put the new hinge on the door and put the door back on the washer. Unbelievable and easy. I put in my machine details and found the part I needed (easy). I then watched a DIY video on how to repair. It looked so easy, I thought, "I can do that!" So, I ordered the part, received it within a few days and installed the new hinge as per the video.
