I called Samsung Customer Support and was told I'd need to enter a service ticket since this repair was not something an owner could fix. Then I checked on line and found the parts on AppliancepartsPros.com and read the reviews from other owners about how simple this repair was. I ordered the parts, they were delivered within 2 days. The repair could not have been easier. I used a table knife to remove the plastic inner door, replaced the broken latch, snapped the plastic inner door back in place. Repair complete in less than 10 minutes. Before finding AppliancepartsPros, I was ready to replace the microwave (to the tune of over $300).
